The expedition took place from 22th to 31st of August 2015. The expedition participants travelled on board MS Farm. Sampling locations included Ny Ålesund, Danskøya, Reindsyrflya, Måkeøya (close to Reinsdyrflya), Bockfjorden, Femmilsjøen and Straumsjøen. The reserachers sampled two genera of Collembola (springtails) Hypogastrura and Folsomia, Diptera (particularly chironomids), freshwater crustaceans Gammarachantus loricatus, Mysis spp. and Daphnia spp. dwelling in Svalbard lakes and ponds as well as Arctic charr.
