The Opening Ceremony and the Opening Session will take place at the Town Hall, ul. Kościuszki 25/29, Sopot, on Tuesday, 6th June, at 10.00. The buses from the hotel “Rzemieślnik” to the Town Hall and back will be provided. They will leave from the hotel “Rzemieślnik” at 9.30 and from the Town Hall at 12.10.

REGISTRATION

The Registration Desk and Conference Office will be open at the hotel “Rzemieślnik” on Monday, 5th June, from 15.00 till 21.00, and on the Conference days from 8.00 till 18.00.
On site registration is possible at the following rates (PLN)

CANCELLATIONS – REFUNDS

Cancellations before 20th May will be 50% refunded. There will be no refunds of cancellations received after 20th May. However, Conference Materials will be surface-mailed to those who notify the Conference Office about their absence.
