Congress Registration and fee

All Congress participants are requested to register using the on-line form.
In case of difficulties please fill in the Congress Registration Form (PDF file), then send completed form by email or fax.

The Congress fee is €200 (€ 260 after March 15, 2005) for full delegates.
The student fee is €100 (€150 after March 15, 2005). Student identification will be required at registration. Registration is valid only after the fee has been paid.

Payment free of all bank charges.
The Congress fee covers participation in all Congress sessions, an ice-breaking party, tea and coffee breaks, a copy of the volume of abstracts, and some social events during the Congress.

Cancellation

Any cancellation or changes must be notified in writing and will be subject to the following conditions:

After March 15	No refund

Uczestnicy z Polski wnoszą opłaty konferencyjne w wysokości, odpowiednio,  800 zł (1000 zł  po 15 marca 2005) oraz  400 zł (500 zł po 15 marca 2005r.)
Istnieje możliwość ubiegania się o częściową refundację kosztów opłaty konferencyjnej.
Potrzebę otrzymania faktury VAT należy zgłosić  do sekretariatu pocztą elektroniczną, podając numer NIP, adres i nazwę swojej instytucji.
Tytuł przelewu powinien brzmieć: "BSSC2005, fee nazwisko imię".
